The PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire is migrating from Clover to the Fiserv PCI Portal, effective August 1, 2024.
If you have already completed your PCI DSS Self Assessment Questionnaire via Clover, you do not need to complete it again until your next due date. If you need to complete your SAQ, please visit this link: https://pciapply.com/pcicompliance.
First Time Login-PCI Portal Information
1 On the login page, click "start here" under first time logging in.
2 In the first-time login window, enter your full Merchant ID number.
3 Enter the last 4 digits of the federal tax ID or SSN on file.
4 Complete the rest of the information (Two character state code, zip code) then, click continue
5 In the update my profile window. enter your email address.
6 Verify your first and last name. Enter a new password; re-enter the new password.
7 Select a security question.
8 Enter your security answer to the selected question
9 Click submit to access the PCI portal.
