What do I need to change my depository account?
To update your bank account information, we will need THIS FORM filled out and signed by the legal contact on your merchant account. Along with the signed bank account update form, we will need a copy of your new voided check or a bank letter. Your bank letter must be on bank letterhead, with your routing and account information on it and contact at your bank listed. (You can view a sample bank letter below.) As soon as we receive this information, it will take 2-5 business days for your account to be updated.
