What do I do if I am locked out of my account?

Virtual Terminal (virtual.paperlesstrans.com): There is a "Forgot Password" button next to the password box on the login screen of the Virtual Terminal. You will be prompted to put in your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.

E-Chex (echex.net): Please email support@paperlesstrans.com and we will update your password and send it over to you.

ClientLine (myclientline.net): Because ClientLine is our bank's reporting system, we do not have administrative access to reset your account. You can contact Business Track Log In Support Team and they can help you reset your password. Their number is 800-285-3978
